    Can't Start An Ill-Conceived Venture Quest

    As in title, I can not start this quest. The character is Cemi Bajhiri. The Trobled Adventurer is not there in any three main cities. I've checked the log and I do not have this quest started nor completed. As for timeslot - it's like that since I resubbed this Friday.
