Beast Tribe Max Rank from Scratch

So just recently from a 3 month vacation from the game I wanted to get all the old content out of the way before the expansion. With this in mind I had barely started working on my beast tribes, which as everyone knows isn't an incredibly quick process. But I believe I found a creative way to minimize the days needed to get all beast tribes to max rank.

So it would be slightly adjusted for someone new but this is how it would shake out for me.

Currently with the assumed 30 days for max rank with only dedicating daily quests to one tribe it would take 156 (36 for Ixal) for someone with zero rep.

If they did two tribes simultaneously it would take 126.

Currently I will be getting done in ~96. So it would shave off approx. 60 days if i did them one at a time and 30 days if I was trying to level them simultaneously.

    The method is as follows.

    3 quests from tribe A
    2 quests from tribe B
1 Daily Delivery quest from Ixal.

I say tribe A/B as they could be substituted for any that are non Ixal. The goal is to only do the Ixal daily delivery for 50 rep and mix in other tribes.

Now I haven't done a full spreadsheet but from preliminary number crunching it will have saved me an incredible amount of time.

Thanks for this wonderful idea. I have only 2 beast tribes remaining and I can shave 16 days off by using this method.
T1: 15 pts per day -> 150 pts to complete -> 10 days to level.
T2: 21 pts per day -> 360 pts to complete -> 17 days to level.
T3: 30 pts per day -> 510 pts to complete -> 17 days to level.
Thus, two tribes complete in 44 days.

Now, if you take for granted T1 must be done concurrently, as you can only do 3 beast quests per day per tribe.
This split method is still faster, as dedicated completion would still required 50 days to complete.

You are most welcome. I procrastinated so now I am trying to play catch up. I just want to be done with Beast Tribes before the xpac as I don't want to be forced to going back.

The number of daily beast tribe allowance remains unchanged no matter what methods you use. So in the end, to have all beast tribe to max level, following your method, it would take the same as doing one tribe simultaneously till max. One thing, you might have oversight in your calculation is max rank for Ixali is 8 while the others is only 4 rank per tribe as well as experience need to rank up in Ixali quest is significantly small relatively to other tribes.

In the past, I had done such method but soon realized that the cost for teleport, the time it took to run to designate area for quests as well as to complete does not cut it. Simply, because you can accept 6 of the same tribe at the same time, then do it all together, most of the time they are all close to each others, save you lots of time running around and cost efficiency.

Of course, if you have already done all you can do quest at that time for one tribe and you still have your allowance spared, then go do the others. As you level up, you will unlock more quests, then you should do more of the same tribe instead of running around.

The number dailies remain unchanged but you are incorrect in the statement that doing one tribe is the most effective way to go. There are already calculations done that it takes 30 days for one tribe at a time, 51 days if you do two tribes simultaneously to rank 2 then maxing out one at a time, and 45 days if you do them simultaneously only focusing on the max rep for each tribe.

My method above still uses the max rank methodology but also mixing in Ixal daily to get them maxed out faster.

Also Ixal has a max rank of 7 and when you get all beast tribes to 7 or 4 there is a quest to take all to 8. With that being said you can get 50 rep instead of the 5 rep per quest with other tribes so it makes it more efficient to only do the daily.

The point is not cost or time but how many days it takes. I am focused on number of days not the cost or time within a day. It is way faster to get to max rank using the method I described. May cost more which is negligible and may take a bit longer. But I will be done 60 days faster.

I was editing. The last part should explain it better.

The main point is to make sure to always go for the quests that give the most reputation for their tribe. Once you reach rank 2 with a tribe, you are better off doing quests for another tribe instead of doing lower-ranked quests.

Love the creative thinking in this and after going "erm what"... but... yeah you are right. It's probably the most optimal route if you need to do 2 or more. I mostly did one at a time since it was something to do before friends came on and am like a day away from finishing the last one.
