Bard songs suggestion

My suggestion is pretty simple, it is regarding Bard songs sharing global cooldown with other abilities, while I do not know the reason why bard songs share the same cooldown as other abilities, I feel that it is a bit annoying having to wait for a global cooldown so you can start casting the song and then wait a second global cooldown until you can resume using your main attack abilities, like Heavy Shot.

It would be good if the songs had their own cooldown, that way we can weave them in between heavy shots.

Well tbh you basically lose 3 GCDs if you want to sing while a GCD is active. Since it takes 4s to cast.
