I'd rather that the Fate part of the books be something like "Get Gold in 10 unique fates in (zone)." That way, you couldn't spam the same Fate 10 times and you have to fully participate, but it can be any 10 Fates. It would still take a while, but probably not as long as it takes for most of the book Fates to spawn at their current rate.
