[Suggestion] More Pre-set UI options, for playing on a big-screen TV from across room

The default UI just isn't well suited to playing on a TV, which means immediately after starting a character, you have to readjust all of those windows. It's not a LOT of work or anything, but it's something that new players might not be accustomed to, and particularly given Heavensward is likely to be out in the next few months, it might be good to think ahead by including some pre-set UI options, built around viewing from a TV a few yards away, as opposed to a monitor only a foot or two away.

Honestly, the biggest offenders are the chat-window, and the Map-window. The Map-window, specifically, can be down-right painful to use, and I feel like that could be greatly improved.
