I had a really good experience with a GM earlier. GM Elrisivana was professional, pleasant, and investigated my issue well. They said that if I wanted to report that they did a good job, I should use the forums, and this was the most appropriate venue I could find.

GMs in FF14 have been really pleasant to deal with. My FC on Coeurl had any issue early on in the game and though he wasnot able to resolve the issue, he showed up and said hi to us. Very kind.

Yeah all the times I have contacted a GM, they have been extremely quick and helpful. Even in cases that I kinda knew they wouldnt be able to do anything ^^
