If they are "on top of things", they're doing FCoB today.
As everyone knows, to enter BCoB to begin with, you had to go through Ifrit HM, Garuda HM and Titan HM.
Therefore by definition, those who are "on top of things" cleared the requirements long ago even if they didn't get relic.
