Hello
I've been tanking on my Marauder (Sastasha Seagrot, Tam-Tara Deepcroft & Copperbell Mines so far) and was wondering for how long will I be viable to main-tank instances?
Thanks

Level 30, when you upgrade to Warrior. It should be noted that for most intents and purposes you are still a MRD when you become a WAR.
Warrior is a solid tank for endgame, and in fact I usually recommend one tank and one paladin for 8-man content.
Thats great newsReally liking tanking so far
Glad you're enjoying it!
You will actually become even better as a tank when you become a WAR at level 30 - you'll be granted the ability Defiance, which is a toggle that reduces your damage output somewhat but also amplifies your HP, aggro generation, and the amount of healing you receive.
WAR are valid tanks throughout all content thanks to a variety of reasons - their sky-high HP being one of them. They're also able to output solid DPS, reduce outgoing damage from enemies, and more. Almost all endgame statics and raid groups will run both one Paladin and one Warrior.
If there is a time where you'll stop being main tank, it may be for a short while when you first hit level 50. During 8-man content there'll be two tanks, and chances are the other tank will outgear you for a while, and so you should probably let them main tank instead. But once you start collecting gear, you'll be back in the heat of things.
