Problem with FF14 for PS4

I downloaded the trial version in my PSN account, and then I bought the game with my younger brother´s PSN account (same PS4), because he has PS Plus (which I paid for, because in my account for some reason I can´t use Paypal).

My younger brother can play FF14 in his account, but in my account in the same PS4, I can only play in the trial version. How can I fix this issue? Please help..

It's tied to the purchasing account only. It's not like other games where you can freely play it on multiple accounts.

That is because I purchased it digitally? If I buy a phisical copy of the game I can play it on all my accounts?

Now I have another problem.. I tried erasing the game from the PS4, and now PS Store doesn´t allow me to re-download it, it says I can´t buy it because I already bought it, but I just want to re-download it...

Ok I could re-download it, but I don´t understand why it is tied to the purchasing account. Every other ps4 game is not like that!

Not really - there is few other games where purchases are limited to single account only - this choice is given to game developers by Sony and they can opt if the game is playable by single user account or all accounts. In case of FF you need to purchase the game separately for each account. It's the same on PC version.
