Alltho anyone can enjoy a MMO regardless of time available, if you wanna be @ the top and doing the latest content you ARE going to have to put in quite some time into the game.

Otherwise why even lock content behind older stuff? we might aswell remove the need to kill previous extreme primals or coil turns and open them up to everyone right from the start.
