Cross Class Skills Broken

I was doing my Ixali Quests when I got two 90ks about 10 minutes apart. Shortly after that I went to hand in the gathered items and start the crafting portion. When I went to craft on my lvl 42 GSM, I used a macro that uses cross class skills like steady hand 2. When I did that, my macro flew off the handle and tried to do everything at once and said the skills weren't available. When I looked in my Actions & Traits window it said "Additional 8/0" for my cross class skills. All my cross class are greyed out and I can't use them. I on my WVR (lvl 50) and my BLM (lvl 50), and all cross class skills were broken on everything. If I reboot my client, it will look normal in the Actions & Traits window ("Additional 8/10" instead of "Additional 8/0"), but once I try to use one of them, it uses it and then breaks it. I had an error pop up that said something about being level synced while I was doing this on my GSM, crafting a lvl 15 Ixali item.
My bf (sitting beside me on his own comp) signed in to my account on his client, thinking perhaps it was something weird on my computer, but it's actually my account because it was happening on my account on his computer as well, but not on his own personal account. He is experiencing no such issues.

The Ixali synths require debuffs to be on you, most are reduced CP, a couple are no cross class skills.

Oi -_- I guess I never noticed the CP loss cause I was blaming it on having to wear the Ixali gloves. Doh.

This and only accept one at a time, for the ones that are in Dragonhead, the debuffs will stack (there are different debuffs depending on the quest item) if you accept more than one. There are timers at the top of the screen, I think they start a 5 minutes. Different DoH's will lose different abilities. Some of the ones in Dragonhead will have you pulling out your hair. Hasty touch galore. Though the prelim patch notes for 2.5 say that they are adjusting them.
