Request: Mirror/Inverted Weapon Actions

Hello!

I am not a programmer so not sure how hard this would be - I think it would be really cool if we could change main hands for our weapons. So this would be a mirrored view of left to right hands. Seems all of the classes have a mix of dominant left or right hand wielding, it would be great if we could choose this as a option so the animations look "right".

It wouldn't work out currently. Programmers cannot simply "mirror the image" The way we run, move, use skills, auto attack, potions, and all of the like are all tied into our current dominate hand. All this would need to be changed a lot of skills would need to re-worked (chaos thrust -ex). This would also eat up a lot of memory (insert PS3 limitation comment here)

So as much as people would like this, it is a very low chance that it will be done for this MMO. (I'm talking sub 1%)

its possible but will double the graphic/animation data for all actions as described above..

I sent a suggestion for mirrored animations for IDLE pose to make it more random.. all Male miqo'tes curl their tail to the right when they /sit..

but it would be cool to choose if your character is left or right handed..
