[Suggestion] Eorzean Homes (Glad to hear they are on the way!)

Famitsu: Do you have plans for private areas such as My House or LS group cottage? It would be nice to feel that we actually live in Eorzea.

Yoshida: For housing we are currently working on the ideas. In MMORPG having a house is a big enjoyment so we would like to spend as much time into this just like the remodeling of the maps and release.

Famitsu: Can botanist do gardening at the house?

Yoshida: Have plan for the housing but…. Botanist huh… that’s true, will think about it (laugh)

Eorzean Homes

- - Furnishings
A wider variety of furnishings to allow you to really customize your Home.
1. Carpenter: Furniture
2. Weaver: Rugs, hanging scrolls
3. Alchemist: Fish Tanks / Sparkle Tree or Incense Lambs
4. Armorer: Coat of Arms / Crest
Just to name a few

An armorer could create a version of your Linskhell crest! Though I don't know how you would get around the issue of changing your crest if you needed to reform, however, perhaps it could stay blank until you equipped a new pearl.


- - Decor:
Items we miss from our mog house that we would like to see in our Eorzean Homes:
Egg lamps, plants, sparkle trees, dividers, wall scrolls, maps, paintings, mannequins, mini airship, globe, anything that glows, furniture, aquarium, PIANO, fire place, a quiet place to call our own, decorate how we want, and a bed. And the fact that you could interact with many of those items, or just enjoy their beauty.

I loved doing the seasonal events for these items as well. It made them very special to walk away with a souvenir and memories. I enjoyed going into peoples mog house in XI and reminiscing about the events we did together.

- - In Home Chocobo Stable
Also now you have the opportunity to implement something very original, a chocobo stable in our own homes. Allow for emote interaction with chocobo or click interaction that gives a cute Kweh response or other chocobo emotes. Like a feed emote where you do /feed and the chocobo scratches and pecks at the ground.

- - Company Housing
If you do community housing with Companies can we at least get our own rooms and then a common room? That would be cool too and we can decorate our rooms and the common room and then Company stables as well! I think it would be great to be able to see our own chocobos in stables and have interactions with them using emotes and get a response back from the chocobo. Seeing as we get our chocobos from the

- - Eorzean Home NPC's
If we do infact have a house where it is necessary to navigate using an NPC I think each City state could have a model unique to itself...
Example:
Gridania: Moogles
Uldah: Mammets
Limsa... Umm (Well I have not thought of anything for that one yet. But these are just examples )

Or perhaps we can do quests for our Eorzean home, depending on which quest line you choose will determine which type of NPC watches over your Eorzean Home while you were away.

I would also suggest using a retainer for these means but I don't feel like it would be as special.

Yes very nice. Also a retainer bell to set your bazaar (hopefuly they will fix the return option when called at the bell) and market wards search / exit. Although if they do this it might mean we have to go to the market wards and select a dropdown list to go to our house as well. Since Yoshi-P has said he wants a garden outside of the house this might be individual house instance?

I would love to have this features. Chocobo stable and you could send your Chocobo get stuff while you're offline and then when you login you receive what he found =D
And a Moogle (or Sylph or whatever) with delivery service would be great!

I didn't check in other City-States but in Gridy you have Lily Hills on top of the map and it's said to be where the healthiest people live.

I think they can take advantage of this place and create a little estate where you still can see other players. You can access the main road of the estate and have to reach a certain alley to enter your house. One alley for several players like in real life.

Unfortunately I quit b4 SE enabled us to enter other players moghouse but yea I can imagine it being fun! Basically I hope that we get a company housing I imagine it being like a big tent or kind of Ls house where everyone has their own lil room or corner and we can set up furniture and stuff mentioned by Eclipse and more. I would also like to see some kind of crafting corner for each craft where crafters could craft stuff for their fellow LS members and repair stuff. For example a carpenter room/corner where a carpenter would craft/repair things. It would be cool if we could do some difficult raids or quests and as a reward get LS house NPCS such as repair, shop and npcs that give Crafting enhancement....
