Please give Legacy Control users more control over the camera

This might get very confusing in text and I have no video examples, but I will explain as best as I can.

I think the Legacy control setting is quite hindered by the inability to pan the camera around the character with the mouse while running.

Basically, while running using Legacy control, left or right clicks will change the direction the character is moving. While running using Standard control, left click will pan the camera around the character while right click changes the direction the character is moving.

Essentially, I'd like the option to use Legacy control for movement, but employ the camera behavior utilized by Standard controls. Giving Legacy control's left mouse click the same camera pan of Standard control and leaving the Legacy control's right mouse click tied to directional movement should accomplish this.

I much prefer Standard control's camera behavior, but I also like Legacy control's WSAD key behavior. (Note: Strafe keys are the same in both control settings and function well as is.)
