Some of the Dev Tags have been getting out of hand lately although sometimes very funny. Maybe tags should allowed to be written by the OP only instead of anyone on the forum with an account.

Most people don't use them properly enough to be given the power and the search function isn't used very often either... If the OP makes inappropriate tags, it's very clear who wrote them then and could be cleaned up afterwards if needed.
