Hello, we scheduled our wedding for today at 12 am, but for some bug I couldnt enter the chapel, had a message saying me "You have not been granted access to the Ivory Chapel and shall be removed from the premises". I contacted a GM "GM Zuhyramm" who said me to open a ticked in here because my partner can make another reservation but for some reason I cant, please check if Im bugged or something, because its hard to get anothere reservation manually, could u do this for me?
ps: we both had the correct equip (4 gear pieces) + Promise of devotion + blanck invitationand we both have the quest "The Ties that bind".
