Game Crashes When Food Effects Wears Off!!

It's just happened to me four times in a row, so now I know it's not just a one time instance. Every time my food ticks down to 0:00 my game crashes.

Steps:
1. Finished culinarian synthesis.
2. Food effect was wearing off. The status icon showed 00:00 and kept flashing.
3. Pressed ESC on keyboard to cancel synthesis mode.
4. Game crashed poping up the message "Final Fantasy XIV has stopped working". Problem event name: APPCRASH.
