To whomever this may concern at Square-Enix:
I do not have any direct contacts with Square Enix to put this request through to get a proper response, so I am posting here in the hopes that someone will directly contact me about it.
I have developed an interesting content plan for FFXIV, and would like to request Square Enix's collaborative assistance in the matter. I will be creating the content myself.
Subjects involved with the content are as follows:
- Lore/Canon of FFXIV (Lore collaboration request)
- Video Trailer of FFXIV (Audio collaboration request)
What I intend to do, is release a piece of content each week when the work is completed, until the trailer I am in the process of creating, is released. There will be five pieces of content. I estimate by current timetables, that these releases will begin after Patch 1.20.
The important part about the need for collaboration is so the content can avoid any lore conflicts or issues.
I do not want to get into specifics here on the forums, for fear of spoiling it.
If interested, please contact me directly via DeviantArt, if possible, at nkato.deviantart.com - a dA account will be required to send Notes to me. Email addresses can then be exchanged, and proper correspondence can begin in earnest.
At the end of this message is a list of references to works I have created, so you can properly gauge my skills. This is something I am doing of my own will, because I do want to see Final Fantasy XIV succeed.
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
Feral Ren
P.S. If any forum members here have a direct e-mail contact for Square-Enix's community representatives or other contacts that I can use, sharing that with me via the aforementioned messaging method would be greatly appreciated.
P.P.S. If anyone wants to translate this message into fluent Japanese for me in order to better convey my goals to Square Enix, they are welcome to do so. In fact, I would appreciate it, as well.
