A very good set submitted here, also at least one or two more in the thread:

The only reason I can think of them not offering them is the major clipping issue they would have. I would like them to be able to sort that out.
But aren't they adding some new styles as well as the contest winners? Optomist in me says they didn't pick any drill curls because they already intend to offer one.

Urgh, no. Trashy anime tropes belongs in trashy anime games. Doesn't suit the art style of Eorzea at all.
I am so happy they didn't pick any...drillcurls must be the most awful hairstyles possible....
that being said...some of the choices are pretty bad anyway

Fun Fact: The "Drill Curls" haircut is actually a real hairstyle that has been around for a very long time. I'm talking hundreds, possibly thousands, of years old. However, they aren't normally called "Drill Curls", but instead go by the name "Ringlets."
They've also been called "Corkscrew Curls" in the past, but the anime version that people love is commonly known as the Regal Ringlet. The anime versions are just exaggerated versions of the Regal Ringlets where the top of the hair is more pronounced than the bottom.

I'm all for this! /sign

In before request gets granted and people then complain it looks atrocious on their characters (and demand it should have been made to look more like this or like that). There's no pleasing everyone. :V
