And this doesnt just apply to end game raids. when you are in a regular 4 man dungeon and you are "NEW" to the game and dungeon and you happen to get speedrunners in your party, it puts you in a tough spot to hurry and roll while trying to check out what you are rolling on while other players are rushing. Like I said, its casual MMO, so why rush?
