Thats a resin kit from a taiwanesian sculpteur named Pkking. Fun fact is that i own almost all of them, but only completed two of them so far. As you see on the pictures they have an amazingly quality, but because of that they are really expensive (Most of them around 200-450€ and thats only the model kit alone without any taxes).
But its worth it, they are looking awesome.

Looks like my prediction was pretty close, but they went with a glowing gold mane/tail similar to Gullfaxi rather than the green colour from FF6's Kirin.
