In the Welcome to the "In-Game Bugs" Forum! (READ THIS FIRST) thread, something disturbing really caught my eye.

Posts requesting for the progress or status on the investigation of a reported issue
...are considered to be improper and will be subject to deletion.
We aren't allowed to question your investigation? Really? I can't post asking for a followup in the thread I created stating my bug? I see numerous complaints about issues not getting addressed. This is wrong. I want to be able to make sure my issue is being resolved, I bought a product and I have the right to question the actions of this company.

And if my issue doesn't get resolved and I receive no feedback about my report, all I can do is make another bug report. But wait...

If a duplicate report has been confirmed, it will be moved to Duplicate Bugs.
The way SE treats its customers is horrendous. A change of policy is needed. What is needed is a personal response to valid bugs, each and every time.
