Unable to transfer from Hyperion to Sargatanas

I've been trying to transfer a character for over 6 months. Sargatanas does not appear on the list of servers I'm able to transfer to with my character on Hyperion. My son successfully transferred his character at the same time I was attempting to transfer so it is not an issue with the server.

You need to switch data centers,
As long as you are looking at the right data center, a full server will appear on the list, it just won't be able to be transferred to.

In your case, you need to change data center from Primal to Aether

There is no option under Mog Station's additional service / world transfer to change data centers that I can see.

yeah during Character Transfer, there is no Data Center options, if the world is not on the list, then they are at max capacity and are unlikely to change for a while, Sargatanas is one of the high population NA Server, plus it's a legacy so they're just chalk out of room, only thing you can do is keep trying.

The problem is when I attempt to do the same transfer on one of my characters at the same time as she does, I get the option to select the server and process the transfer and she doesn't. It's been like this for half a year.
