    Yes. Why bother doing anything in the game if you can just progress halfway and stop playing till they nerf everything? Why would you want to skip content you could possibly enjoy?

    Yep, you should be able to enter T13 and win NP

    That aside those are the HM trials, so it should be non-issue.
