    Are we getting Carbontwine and Carboncoat in WoD?

    I'm not sure it said anything about it. They said it would be handled differently as well, but i saw nothing about it.

    There was no mention of it. Yes, they mentioned that the upgrade tokens would have a separate lockout. That being said, these are the preliminary patch notes. Certainly subject to change. It is still entirely possible that we may still see these in the patch.
