It'll probably happen at a later date, just like how ST happened.

Everything looks pretty great. Nice to see the pony drop rate is going up again.

So, am I understanding this correctly? The new tomestone you need in order to buy a Poetics weapon will be dropping in CT and ST, not WOD?

No. What drops is CT and ST is an Allagan Catalyst. That isn't the item which is used to buy the Poetics weapons (that's an Encrypted Tomestone).
