i90 for the new dungeons is the natural progression step... Don't forget that SE has actual numbers for how geared people are on average. You don't.

They recognized the expert roulette Alex quest creep and addressed it by BOTH increasing the fate drop rate and increasing soldiery acquisition in general (buy maps). On top of this they upped lights and people are complaining that relic is getting harder? /official forums logic.

What's an Allagan Catalyst for I wonder? Anyone know?

Because it's a genderles hair cut, possibly based on The last Remnant main char and his sister, so yes it's a boy hair cut but they felt that it could fit both that's why everyone gets both.

It's one of the 2 new unisex haircuts. Don't know if you noticed but the other one is that which the female Hyur and the male Elveen have.

And why not? Some girls are tomboyish and some guys girlish :3

I actually fantasia'd back to female for this hairstyle. Ive been waiting for a nice short/pixie style cut for my Miq.
