I doubt anybody will demand dps from the party finder. I do not remember anybody demand that in wow once I played it while ago and there was legal dps meter. It have always been gear ilvl that what ppl depend at the begin with it. Or something how you can proof that you have already killed the content. Like in Shiva that diamond dust. In wow it was "link achi". I have not been in any party finder group where dps is the problem(or maybe 1 or 2 times out from 100 times). It is usually something else that fail.

You just need to look at the "(insert content here) 1 shot only no scrubs, 1 wipe = kick and blacklist" and you would know that it will happen.

Since my opinion is toxic I will just point out that your sentence was actually being very contradictory, you are saying that putting people down is not the answer but you will likely drop and reject someone in order to win.

On a side not, why is it toxic to work on yourself and improve your skills when it's needed? The game is asking it for end-game, it's mandatory... So why it would be toxic to work on your dps/skill with the help of a parser in order to clear the hardest contents?
My opinion may be toxic, even though I stayed very polite... I'm sorry but I'm myself not a partisan of the "being a looser is the way to go", when I do mistakes or if something is wrong with my dps then I just work on it for the good of my team.

If you guys really believe that adding official parsers would raise the amount of jerks in this game then something is terribly wrong with your faith in humanity :/
You are basically mixing the competitive and needed spirit for raids point of view + jerks people and self improvement then tossing it in the same basket
Not surprising there is so many clear sellers around if a majority is thinking in a cheap way :x

No one said that opinion is toxic, we actually agreed with you that personal dps feedback is fine.
The toxicity comes from people being rude and developing god complex's when they know they are doing the most dps. (Not all, just some) It often causes segregation and upset to those who are targeted. This is not what playing social games is about.

Being a good dps is not a life skill, it should not be expected but be appreciated if it happens.
The best way to deal with it is not know other peoples dps at all.

I never said any of that, I will never drop from a party unless everyone else does, it's the people that drop of their own accord, I don't reject people who haven't won and I carefully work with them. I also never said personal parsers (you only see your own dps so you can improve) are bad as they can't put people down a parser as we have now seeing the entire parties dps and they do cause people to be jerks who will call you out in public (ie party chat) if you lack dps, which is what causes the community to become toxic.

Look at PF when people want one shot only, must have killed 20 times or gtfo and you will see how it can cause problems.
