Is 451 craftsmanship enough

For 4 star crafting? I have seen other guides say 452 or 453 is the minimum for rotations. I just want to know is 451 sufficient?

Yes, 451 is enough. 453 is for a special rotation that uses PbP + 2 RS + 2 CS2 - whether this is better or not than the standard 451 rotations is debatable and largely up to preference.

It's enough, but (imo) not ideal.

I use 3 RS, 2 CS2 with 454 craftsmanship. Won't work with 451. Need 3 CS2 then.

With the indroduction of the Lucis tools our Craftmanship has been boosted by quite a large margin (490+).

453 was the magic number previously due to the [PBP > RS x 2 > CS2 x2] rotation which allowed us to finish a 4star synth within 5steps as well as using the least amount of CP (40 including SH2).

With 490+ Craftmanship, is there a new rotation that improves on this? Perhaps a 4step progress? I have not tested using Shark Fin Soup or the FC Craftmanship buff. Would the use of IG2 be useful now regardless of the extra CP cost to perhaps reach a 3step progress? Can any of you pro crafters confirm?
