Static looking for PLD or BRD or possibly WHM (T12 progression)

Hello,

We are a midcore static starting progression on t12 looking for one of (PLD/BRD/WHM). We currently raid two days a week (Tues & Thurs 8:30PM-11+PM EST) and are in the process of rescheduling and picking up a third day (likely monday or wednesday). We are a fairly close-knit group and we have several people online on TS daily just shootin' the shit on non-raid days.

We require:

• Exp on t10/11 minimum
• Reliability, sometimes RL situations can get out of hand, but it'll start to become a problem if days are missed every week
• TS3
• Extensive knowledge of job
• ilvl is flexible @ 110+ if exceptionally skilled (please have 115 weapon minimum if tank or dps)
• Someone who can also research new fights during progression
• Fast learner
• Fun loving, but serious when need be

We will trial applicants, no crazy expectations, just looking for general competency and the ability to socialize.
