==What we are==
Kweh! is an expanding linkshell made up of experienced, high-gear adventurers, with a main focus on clearing high-level content and sharing tips and advice, but above all, having a good and fun time while we're doing it.

As we go for the game's harder duties, it is common to be matched up by people who are short-tempered and like to insult and shout at other players who they deem to have less skill than themselves. We, on the other hand, work by just one rule: Don't be an elitist.

Ultimately we aim to be a friendly and sociable and chatty community that will improve your enjoyability of your game as you tackle the more difficult content in the game.

==What we are not==
We are not a end-game raid linkshell. Many of our members belong to various different linkshell and free company raid groups, and while some of us do occasionally ask in this linkshell if anyone is free to do take part in end-game content (for example to cover absences), and share tips with each other on how to beat content, this is not the main purpose of this linkshell.

We are not a pressure group. Far from it. We all have our own playstyles and we promote diversity. Don't feel obliged to help fellow members clear turn 9 if you don't feel like it. At the end of the day, only people who go against our one rule and start putting pressure on other members will be the ones who will be told to leave.

==Minimum Requirements==
In order to become a member of our linkshell you must first fulfil one of the following requirements.

Have at least one job with an average item level of 105 and above and have unlocked the Second Coil of Bahamut.

OR

Be a four-star crafter (NQ or HQ) of at least one class.

This minimum requirement will change as the game develops, but once you meet the requirements at any one time, you can stay in the linkshell for as long as you want as long as you abide by our one rule and as long as you still play the game every once in a while.

Send me a tell and I'll invite you to a party. Then I'll check to see whether you meet the above requirements (either enter the duty finder for Turn 9 or ask you to show me a four star item you have crafted) and then once that is fulfilled, you're in!

If I'm not online at the time, just post below and I'll send you a friend request. You can always take me off as a friend when you're in the linkshell
