Are Supra tools a "MUST" for 4 star crafts?

Im working on my crafters for now, and while I welcome an upgrade to my main tools, i feel as it is too expensive to just go around upgrading every single tool all for an extra +10 craft/+5 control. Specially since im a crafter with no "presense" on the market. I merely craft for the convenience of not relying heavily on the MB.

Im working on my crafters to take a break from raids and such until 2.5 hits, and already have 3/8 artisan main tools, and will work on the remaining 5 for the remainer of the week.

You're missing 9 craft in that build, so you would need FC buff or craft food. Minimum craft for 4 stars is 451.

I wouldn't even do that to be honest. I would just swap out the food to chilled popoto soup and meld the offhand with CP and control. 372 while not encouraged is possible to do 4 star crafts. You don't need 398 cp, it just gives you some breathing room.

This is using 473 Craft, 407 Control, 372 CP, and doesn't require FC buffs or anything.

I've been lucky on my mastercrafts, but still use Chilled Popoto so I don't have to overmeld my off hands x8 with craftsmanship. The extra CP feels like overkill.

If you start with HQ mats then those stats are more than sufficient for HQing gear pieces. Triple Cream Coffee and things like Wootz Ingots will be challenging due to starting at 0 Quality, but you should be able to HQ 3/4 times on those things.

lucky to get 18% hq chance with 500+ crafting and 417 control with all ht succeeding...all these simulators are crap and a farce sadly its just 100% rng ...that's it

given how cheap mastercraft and fieldcraft 3's are why don't you have your supras.??

if you blame cost why are you making 4* that no matter what has a possibility of throwing nq at you for a probable high mats cost.

supra shouldn't cost more than 1mil now unless your server is not full of greedy buggers with lots of time to make said mastercraft demi's.

you don't even need hq mats for the turn in so that step is easy. although I would recommend going for hq if you still need the master book 2's

On my server the cost of the Supra is 500-600k in FCIIIs and 900k-1mil in Mastercrafts. Unless you are getting these on your own it's quite expensive still.
