Low pop server / Server inactivity

I assume you are correct about server merges. It always seems to carry with it a cloud of dread. I wouldn't mind a similar system to Wow's instance thingy thing or even a cross server party finder. In fact, I think a cross server party finder would be everything anyone really needs on a low pop server. It would allow for those willing to stay on the server to keep working as a community but open up other venues when they want to get some content when people just aren't around.
