    I didnt have any issues (except the call that noone answers n is expensive as hell) chat should work normal checked your browser that he doesnt block? Also emails got answered even though if those take 2 days >.<

    I finally figured it out. You need to reload the chat page. In the NA version, the chat page is started immediately. And emails...I've sent a support email last week on Wednesday. I never got any reply. But the person in chat told me to wait for email with help now. Which makes me rather nervous :/
