How do I get support from SE in EU?

Where on earth do I get support in EU? Emails don't get answered, the chat function doesn't work and making phone calls from my country to the UK are too expensive. I tried US but they can't help me.

If it isn't account related, the users here may be able to help you out if you post the details of your problem. There is also a bug reporting section on the forums you can use. Again though, only for non-account related problems. Anything that may require providing private information and such needs to be handled more directly with SE through the support portal methods.
