A ponze of flesh quest

I'm currently doing this quest for my zodiac weapon and am at the Brayflox hard dungeon part. Now, and I may be wrong on this, but up until this point every dungeon I've run for drops has had an orange blob at the last boss indicating thats where the drop is to be gotten; Brayflox does not have this blob.

This wouldn't normally concern me, but I've run this dungeon more times than every other dungeon combined(I've finished the other 3 zodiac quests) and still haven't gotten the drop.

So, I was wondering, am I just having really bad luck here or is the missing orange blob at the end an indicator that something is wrong?

I had the same problem with no orange circle appearing at the boss room despite the quest being flagged. I eventually got the drop (1/5), so I think it's a bug, and as long as the quest is active it should drop (I keep my active quests checked in the journal so they appear on the duty list; not sure if this affects it, but it's a way of keeping track of the remaining dungeons).

Oh ok, i really hope that's the case cause i really don't want to have to redo that quest.
