Better/more timely communications from the game hosts

The server status shows Diabolos as being online. Does that mean that some people can log in, while others cannot? In the past 2 hours you have nothing new to report?
Any chance of estimated timeframes? Or will we just be informed 3 hours after it's fixed?

last time this happened it was the ISP host that was down. if this happens as frequently as it has been, why not switch ISP's that are hosting it?
