Glamour & Level, Whi?

So I fail to understand why its a level 50 quest and not more around 15-25?

Also, while leveling, it's not like you're wearing the same gear for long.

Like the person above said. A lot of players don't glamor while leveling unless something is really ugly. I tend to get overexcited about an idea and slap it on from time to time and either I've leveled out of it in a couple days or it starts to get really expensive to upkeep.

You can, after you get one class to 50. You can glamour stuff at any level then.

I don't get why we need 5 grades for every type, and can't use a higher grade for lower glamouring (like materia).

The entire purpose of having the catalysts is to produce perpetual-demand items from crafters - in comparison to CUL's food supplies the average player really didn't need or want anything from other crafting classes.

Having multiple 'grades' means more of a perpetually existant demand instead of "oh I just stocked up on 50 LTW prisms I'm good to go forever"
