Well, right after Ultima she's still speaking to Minfilia. And I'm willing to assume (though I admit it's a guess) that Iceheart's talk with Hyd is after that, too. But, yeah, the WoL hasn't heard from her in a while.

I'm not sure, Minfilla said that she couldn't here her voice too since Ultima was defeated, the battle must have weakened her seriously.

My laptop isn't up to the task of playing the game at the moment, but I'm pretty certain she hears Hyd as we're bringing Thancred out of the tunnels. Of course, that's literally right after Ultima, which colloquially could be the same as "since Ultima."

But, yeah, that still leaves the question of Iceheart.
