I hate speculating about the plot like this, because I'm usually right or very close on the mark. But here goes...

    2.55 Part 2
-Begins with the Attack on Ishgard and the destruction of the dragon barrier allowing the Horde entry within the city confines.
-The Holy See, lacking the manpower and the readiness to deal with the loss of the barrier sends Aymeric as a delegate to gain the support of the allies from the Scions. Using Aphinaud's pull on the city-states, the WoL visits Ul'dah, Gridania and Limsa Lominsa to convene a delegation on Ishgard's recent plea for aid against the Horde.
-While the delegation is assembled, the crystal braves begin preparations for security leading back into the so-called leak and conspiracy shadowing Ul'dah. The Scions, being outside the influence of the Crystal Braves decide to assist. Though, ultimately fail to find evidence.
-The delegates of the City-States arrive in Ul'dah and begin their discussions with Ishgard. Ultimately leading to Ul'dah's Monetarists unwilling to involve themselves, the delegation concludes
-The stalemate in the government incises the Sultana, believing the inaction of the Monetarists might finally be the time to nullify the current government.
-Meanwhile, new evidence is brought to light on the Ul'dahn conspiracy - an assassination on the sultana before she nullifies the government is planned. The crystal braves and the Scions scramble to uncover the assassin and the ringleader.
-The secrets are revealed. F'hlaminn is the source of the leaks. Working as the bartender in the Stones and being able to hear all sorts of gossip from the Braves recalls her earlier days Ul'dah. Lolorito recruited F'hlaminn as a spy in exchange for information on how to bring back Niellefresne. Believing the possibility that Nielle may yet be saved, F'hlaminn began working for the one man she once attempted to overthrow, and now spends the next several years as a spy for Lolorito while raising Minfillia all the while. -The Crystal Braves begin searching for F'hlaminn in secret to prevent the assassination. If she is publicly revealed as a co-conspirator, her connections will lead back to the Scions.
-One of the treasures of Ul'dah, a goblet, is revealed to be the key to bringing Nielle back.
-The sultana's declaration is about to be made, the assassination attempt goes off and fails, F'hlaminn, disguised as Crystal Brave, is revealed to be the culprit and apprehended. The connections are revealed and the Brass Blades are summoned to arrest the Scions.
-The WoL and the Scions are forced to defend themselves and escape. The scions stay behind to cover Minfillia's escape with the WoL.
-The WoL, together with Minfillia, Tataru, return to the Rising Stones. Word passes quickly and the Adventurer's Guild is forced to disolve their relationship with the Scions. Aymeric, knowing the deeds and assistance of the WoL in the past assists Minfillia in finding refuge within Ishgard's walls until the events and accusations in Ul'dah are settled.

At this point... I'm unclear what sort of events will happen next. I'm not quite sure what sort of motivation will have Yugiri reveal herself. Nor do I know where the airship in the trailer or what the Ascian machinations will be this time around. Perhaps more plotting and discussion over Nabriales' death. I do feel like there's a number of events left after the events in Ul'dah that will need to be covered in order to clear the Scions and make it possible for players to travel to Ul'dah and the remaining city states for later events in the story or general gameplay. How that will all fall out, I'm not too certain. But the above stuff I'm... at least 80% sure will happen, but I could be way, way off.

And so they will trust that we were the responsables all this time? After so much that happened? If the Montecarists try to make the scions responsable, Im sure that after all they did, no one will believe them.

I don't think the Ul'dah plot will be after the battle of Ishgard but before. I think the cup is some kind of holy grail ( related to the 12 knights of the round of Ishgard maybe ) and not to Ul'dah. Then we don't know what would happen but it would be unlikely to have Lolorito take control of Ishgard.

Then for the crazy Theory speculations : Yugiri reveal she is half dragon to try to stop the battle of Ishgard and manage to rally Ishgardians and heretics to stop the battles, the dragons keep attacking but are driven back, the pope is freed from the ascians' control and thus makes a shift in the power in Ishgard, Aymeric takes control of Ishgard and try to open Ishgard, make peace with the dragons ( some accepts thanks to Midgardsommrs but most refuses and want even more blood )and the heretics.

    Basic summery.
2.55 Starts with us once again returning to Ul'dah in quest for our spy.
Teledji Adaledji makes his move against Nanamo
Civil War breaks out in Ul'dah as a result
Trator reveals them self to the Scions/Crystal Braves apon learning Adaledji tricked them and reveals he is attempting to revive Omega
Nanamo rallies the people against the Monetarist using Adaledji's discovery of Omega and his intent to use it against Ul'dah thus leading to the forceful removal of ALL syndicate political seats
Nanamo attempts to relinquish the throne as well but the Scions, Crystal Brave, Grand Companies, and Ul'dah's people all rally beside her and convence her to stay with the Ala'Mihgan refugies swearing Loyalty to her after being shown that it was the Syndicate and not her making their lives hell.
Adaldji rushes the revival of Omega and botches it thus allowing us to defeat Omega and finally bring peace to Ul'dah
We return to the Rising Stones only to find out that The Dragons have laid siege to Ishgard thus leading the Scions, Crystal Braves, and Grand Companies to band together with Ishgaurd to repeal the Dravanians.
Battle goes for a long time and The Arrival of The Seven Dragon Kings of Dravania causes a massive accident scattering the Scions and Grand Companies with the WoL getting separated (Temporarily) thus the scene walking in the snow. (I think it's showing the end of 2.55 not the start of 3.0)
Finally after returning to the battle and helping the Ishgardian Knights/ Dragoon Corp to repeal the last of the Dravanians we learn Lahabrea is still alive and are forced to Fight either him of Elidibus to free the Arch Bishop. Who is forced to step down after it is revealed that he was indeed betraying his own faith thus allowing Aymeric to talk the Lords of Ishgard into allowing Adventurer within their borders after repairs are done.

Maybe this dragon will make an appearance by the end of 2.55? Perhaps he'll be the main "bad guy" to beat, since he is in the cover of Heavensward just like how Gaius was.

This dragon also was on the Heavensward trailer and Yoshi did say some of the things in the trailer will happen the Before the Fall patch

I will name him fluffy, and he will be my BEST friend.

...until I have to put him down for biting the neighbors kid.

    R.I.P. Fluffy.

    EDIT: Real Talk -

You're pretty close, I'd say. Even the order in which most events happen seems probable.

However, I think it'll start a bit different than you describe. At the end of 2.3 we see Elidibus behind the throne, presumably gettin' all up in Archy B's ear. Elidibus wants the WoL to become stronger and, having expended Icehearts primal value against us, makes one final use of her. Being inside the See, Elidibus is privy to certain details and from there, he delegates to have the heretic leader deactivate the magick barrier protecting Ishgard.

Aymeric is already working to establish relations between Ishgard and the scions, an attack or lack of protection won't cause it's hastening. No, I believe after the scions are framed for someone's demise and escape Ul'dah, the surviving members, finding even their position in Mor Dhona unsafe, will make for their friend in the north one by one.

The Dravanian attack, which will catch Ishgard completely Off-gard (see what I did there?), and the WoL's arrival will seem completely coincidental to both the city-state and the player. Of course, this happenstance will eventually prove to be Elidibus' sagacious scheming.
