dots dont seem to work at some points in boss fights??

Interesting. I wonder if, that when they changed the duration of fever, they messed something else up. Fever is supposed to not allow another virus for that duration. Perhaps it is effecting other DoTs erroneously?

another instance today my monk friend saw virus used and was not able to apply one of his dots afterward. Are there any known skills that cause an effect like this that im not aware of?
