Get you facts straight, you're several patches late. Dungeons give exactly the same exp/time spent ratio than FATEs now. The fastest way to exp is to do leves while waiting for a dungeon (but while ignoring low density rooms like the cell in sastasha, or the first secondary room in DD which has only one mob)
