Global Collect (credit card transaction wont go through)

I just tried to purchase an item off the cash shop using the exact same card that my subscription gets billed through, and it keeps giving me an error 401.

My subscription went through just fine 2 days ago, but I cant seem to purchase a thing off the cash shop or crysta.
Ive verified the numbers/information submitted is entirely correct as well.

Note: This card has been used on the cash shop in the past as well.

Update: Just tried two other credit cards as well, neither would go through.
Update #2: Just tried again 24 hours later, so I doubt its just Global Collect maintenance.

Same problem here. Gotten the 401 error on 4 different credit cards..

SE can we please get some help with this, or better yet, Paypal please! (Even if its an option through a 3rd party payment source)

Still not able to process payments through credit card 48 hours later.
My bank doesnt even see attempts being made. Its like Global Collect is just blocking it out entirely.
