Alternate methods of farming soldiery.

There have been a lot of alternative methods of farming Allagan Tomestones of various varieties, between Hunts, Treasure Maps, Duty Roulettes and the like. This is a suggestion for another way to add in an alternate way to gather them, albeit at a lower rate than other methods, for those who aren't able to dedicate time for The Hunt, and can't gather Treasure Maps. Using the FATE and Grand Company Leve systems to gather Tomestones at a slower rate would be a possibility, by trading in the Seals you get as a reward for the uncapped Tomestones (Currently Soldiery) at a fairly high rate. Say, 1,000 Seals for 25 Soldiery. This would give folks who aren't able to commit a chunk of time for Hunts and other forms of Tomestone farming a way to slowly but surely get enough for gear and their Relic Weapons.

The reason I suggest this is because I know many people who have a long-term goal of finishing every step of the Relic questline, up to Zodiac Zeta for all current jobs. That's around 30,000 Soldiery per weapon. Some aren't able to play for long chunks of time, or aren't interested in just spamming Trials, Dungeons or Raids for their tomestones.
