Level Sync and Actions?

Also in class there is no restrictions of which other classes you take your crossskills from so you usually have even as dps class (in case lvled cnj) protect/stoneskin as cross to help yourself in open world. If you are in job you are restricted to 2-3 other classes and there each up to 5 skill what you are allowed to take as a cross. It is a bit confusing at start but if you have questions your FC mates surely can help you what crossskills are usefull.
