    I dunno, one of the NPCs in Dragonhead says they hope for the day that they'll be able to display a real dragon's head above the keep, so maybe it is.

    I don't think it is because SE is bad at it. More like they want to..... well leave out stuff to make the game faster. If we ever get to the part where we get old world flying like in wow we will probably get flyover versions of certain instances. Like how a huge empty space was turned into the surface of the Ahn'quiraj temple after cataclysm.
