Eorzea's new threat - Retainers dismantling homes

Ever since my retainer hit Rank 50 she's curiously been bringing back parts of homes from different areas of the land. Oasis Cottage roof parts, Riviera Mansion walls, Glade Lancet windows...various pieces of furniture....even once a Tonberry Armchair. My fear is that there is some collective group of retainers taking our valuable Ventures and stealing pieces of houses instead of finding shiny rare treasures. We then sell them to poor unsuspecting adventurers who then undoubtedly find their stuff stolen again.

My retainer used to just bring back a trash fish and say "Good enough" while holding out her hand for more Ventures, but this is getting out of hand. One day you're going to wake up to find a house in Mist stripped to the foundation by these no good retainers.

And I thought the mortgage crisis was bad! Please Be Careful when letting your retainers out on the streets folks!

I guess the official answer on this was that there was a junkyard or something that they basically take these from. Given the housing issues, I'd say someone went and made way too many roofs than there were plots, but eh, your guess is as good as mine.

It's actually a storehouse, but then you have to wonder, what kind of storehouse has things like White Raven Armor Fragments or Primal Weapons laying around in it?

My retainers always steals roofs, doors, and windows. Sometimes they mug an adventurer and get me Allagan Silk and Allagan Leather.

The real reason we don't have THF is because it's a retainer-only class.
