I wonder if "True" Gilgamesh will have an Extreme version with vanity equip loot (Weapons?) or if it'll just be another one-off for fun trial like normal Gil or Ultros with no separate "difficult" instance.

I am genuinely hoping that Gilgamesh EX is a thing and that it drops Genji Gear. Like if there is ever going to be a time in XIV to have Genji equipment drop, it's from the guy who originally posessed it.

Gilgamesh is traditionally the one who drops the Genji gear. Also, I do hope he drops some vanity weapons, all of them with some variation on the Zodiac Weapons' names, and all of them iLvl 1, but with a really awesome look.
