A little help from my friends (Brynhildr)

This is my character.

Varjas IL110 / Yoshimitsu Atma IL 100

Ninja
Head- Gloam 110
Chest- Ironworks 120
Hands- Ironworks 120
Belt- High Allagan 110
Pants-Gloam 110
Legs-Gloam 110
Neck- Auroral 110
Wrists Auroral 110
Ring 1 Auroral 110

The other two slots i'm having difficulty choosing.
What i've been using are 2 Iolite overmelds,

Earings- HQ Iolite Savage Might 4, Quickarm 4, Quickarm 3, Quickarm 3, Quickarm 3 (last Quickarm only does plus 1 Skill Speed. (Kinda wasted the last one, but it was in my inventory)

Ring- HQ Iolite. Savage Might 4, Quickarm 3, Quickarm 3, Savage Might 1, Savage Might 1.

These Iolites are only IL90, but....they are really decent overmelds.

So my question is this, with all this my character is only IL108 , should I sacrifice these overmelds for Item level. When I add a Noct Earing (I chose it for Crit), and a Weathered Auroral (Cant have 2 of the same ring) it puts me up to 110,

Are the overmelds better even though they drop my Item Level?

The Noct earring is really not a good ring for you as a NIN. The earring might be good, decently overmeld but the ring is filled with two Savage Might I. So I would still use the Iolite Earring and use the Weathered Auroral. A trip to Syrcus Tower will upgrade that Weathered Auroral Ring to Auroral Ring (i110). If you want you can buy another Weathered Auroral Ring as the upgraded one is treated as a different ring.
