As already stated, it's very safe to trade some VIT for STR.

My group for T12 actually has the WAR start off tanking. As you seem to already do, he starts off Unchained and goes nuts. Your PLD co-tank can actually handle that first Bennu in Sword Oath and just pop Sentinel to plow through it. While this probably isn't a direct affect on your own damage, it'll help add more to your two combined and make those 4 bennus more consistent. I'm pretty sure it'll give you more uptime on the boss himself as well.

Another tip: our unspoken rule for tank swaps is he as WAR takes it from me pretty much right after Revelations. I, as PLD, take it from him about 15 seconds before the next bennu is about to pop and hammer away in Sword Oath until then. Personally I think your damage isn't bad at all. Those tweaks can help your raid damage go up a little though and accomplish your goal.

EDIT: read more carefully and noticed you tank out of Defiance on certain parts. Is your SCH able to DPS through pretty much this entire phase?
